AWC-Next operates under the same frame work as AWC but is being tailored for the younger generation vis á vis; Students, Youth Leaders, Emerging Industry Professionals and even the Girl Child in the Grassroots of Africa. 

AWC avails  these next generation of policymakers and Influencers a platform to build capacity and to become successive female Leaders that would have not only been schooled on the dreams of the Founders of the AWC over the years, but have also been mentored to take up leadership role in the nearest future and become giants in their academics and career.

MISSION STATEMENT 

It is our aspiration that AWC-Next will be AWC’s best kept secret of sustainability; as members of AWC-Next represent the next generation of Policy Makers and Influencers who are expected to build on the legacies presently being created by The Africa Women Conference. 

As part of the AWC structure, members of the AWC-Next will be mentored by the older generation while also contributing their quota in the following ways:

1. Be Ambassadors and Advocates who will adopt creative means to propagate AWC Agenda, Mission and dream for Africa all across the Continent and the World.

2. Coordinate continuous membership drive across Africa and ensure that all Countries in the Continent are carried along.

3. Contribute to the success of AWC conferences, summits and projects by volunteering our services for logistics and secretariat operation.
